Order Terms and Conditions

Prices on Seminarsimplicity.com are in U.S. Dollars. Seminarsimplicity.com prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
If you submit an order on Seminarsimplicity.com to purchase any of our products or services, you agree that all charges, taxes, postage and shipping/handling fees shall be automatically charged to the credit card you provide, or will be paid by you via another approved payment method agreed upon in advance by us.
We will not begin production until your order is fully paid, including any shipping and handling fees, except where Seminarsimplicity.com has explicitly agreed to other terms prior to your placing of an order.
Once you have approved the print file(s) associated with an order, the order will be considered to be in production and no additional changes will be allowed to the print files, job specifications, or turnaround time. Once your order is in production, the entire amount you have paid shall be deemed non-refundable. Any additional fees, list purchase costs and U.S. Postal Service costs are non-refundable. An order cannot be canceled after it is in production. If your order is still considered to be in “preflight” it may be canceled solely at the discretion of Seminarsimplicity.com, and may be subject to cancellation fees.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the Seminarsimplicity.com customer service department. We will make a record of your complaint and investigate to determine whether a return, reprint or refund is warranted. Complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving your final printing job. Determination of whether a product is defective is at the sole discretion of Seminarsimplicity.com. You may be asked to submit digital photos showing the alleged product defect and/or ship a sample of the product(s) back to us. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and our discretion. Refunds or reprint requests on direct mail orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and any refund/reprint shall be determined solely at the discretion of Seminarsimplicity.com. Postage is not refundable once a mail piece has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service.

Sales Tax

Unless you are tax exempt, Seminarsimplicity.com charges sales tax on orders shipped to or picked up from any California address. If you are tax exempt, please send us your certification of tax exempt status.
If, after you have paid the invoice, it is determined that additional tax is due, you must promptly remit payment of the required taxes to the taxing authority or immediately reimburse us for any additional taxes.

Seminarsimplicity.com shall not be liable for errors caused by any of the following:

  • Low-resolution or low-quality photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, and/or logos.
  • Damaged or missing fonts.
  • Errors in spelling, grammar and/or punctuation<./li>
  • Transparency or overprint problems.
  • Print files that do not adhere to our specifications.

  • User errors in the ordering process, including duplicate orders or uploading the wrong files
  • Errors in user file creation, including page orientation (i.e., horizontal/vertical, portrait/landscape), page alignment or page order
  • Incorrect placement of design elements on fold lines, or outside the “safe” zone for a full-bleed print job
  • Cracking on folds or variances in cutting or trimming
  • Shipping address errors, or undeliverable address
  • Damage that occurred after products were delivered

You are solely responsible to review your file(s) and correct any issues or problems before you place your order.

Your Artwork Files

We review all submitted artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Seminarsimplicity.com. By submitting print file(s) to Seminarsimplicity.com, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. Do not send any “one-of-kind” materials. Although we take great care to safeguard your materials, we are not responsible for loss or damage of any submitted materials.

You agree not to upload any files that include the following material: nudity, offensive, indecent or improper content, or material containing gruesome or graphic depictions of violence, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons shown in the material. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason — which we may or may not disclose — including materials which in our opinion may be illegal, in poor taste, or an infringement on anyone’s rights.

You accept all liability for the content of material you submit for printing or processing. Seminarsimplicity.com will reproduce the color from your submitted files as closely as can be done, but cannot promise exact matches in color and density. Because of the printing process’ inherent limitations, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with Seminarsimplicity.com, you agree to this limitation. We try to match each color, but we cannot accept responsibility for color variations between your files and the printed product. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. Please remember that the use of UV coating may affect or alter the appearance of printed colors, and we do not accept liability for the colors on a UV coated product.

Templates and Design Tools

Seminarsimplicity.com may also provide design tools that offer elements including fonts/typefaces, icons, photographs, color palettes, and design effects. We offer these elements for all users, and no single user has an exclusive right to them. Other Seminarsimplicity.com users may use these same tools to create products with similar or identical combinations of these elements as those you create with the same tools. Seminarsimplicity.com does not warrant that any files created via the design tools will not infringe upon, or be subject to a claim of infringement, on another party’s trademark, copyright or other rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are legally able or authorized to use any image, mark, logo, name, design or any other element of the product you create using these tools.

Retention of Materials

We reserve the right to set limits to the duration of time in which we will retain your files. We also reserve the right to determine how much space will be allocated to storing any files you submit. Seminarsimplicity.com is not responsible for the storage or retention of any file you may upload to or design via our website. We reserve the right to delete any file for any reason, including, but not limited to, a file that has not been utilized for an extended amount of time.

Printing Turnaround

Printing turnaround time for your order starts after we receive your acceptable print-ready files and full payment for your order. For orders that are paid and print-ready files received by 10 a.m. PST (1:00 p.m. EST), the next business day starts the count.

For example, an order for two-day “expedited” printing turnaround that you submitted by 10:00 a.m. PST (1:00 p.m. EST) on Tuesday will be shipped out of our facility by the end of business Thursday.
There is no production or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, while printing turnaround time includes printing, cutting, and binding, it does not include mailing or shipping transit times.

You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping or mailing method you selected. The estimated printing turnaround time shown on this site is based on the typical number of hours or days that a print job is completed under normal circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Seminarsimplicity.com bears no responsibility for shipping-related costs on orders that are not sent by the due date.

Shipping

You can choose mailing services or one of the shipping options offered by Seminarsimplicity.com. We reserve the right to ship via UPS, FedEx, or any other carriers, depending on what we deem to be the most appropriate for the specific job. The number of business days your materials are expected to be in transit constitutes the expected shipping time. This does not include weekends, holidays or the day the carrier picks up the package. For example, a product that is shipped via two-day service and is picked up by the carrier on a Thursday will typically be delivered to you by the end of the day on Monday.

Seminarsimplicity.com is not responsible for the handling of your materials once they have been given to the carrier to be shipped. Shipping transit duration times will vary. Seminarsimplicity.com is not responsible for any delays, including those caused by weather, shipping carriers, or damages you may incur if you do not receive a printing order on time. Unforeseen delays in delivery service, equipment issues, illness, etc., may cause your order to arrive late.

Seminarsimplicity.com is not liable for any damages that occur during the shipping of your materials. If Seminarsimplicity.com completes the job prior to the turnaround time you selected, and if changing the shipping option will not adversely affect the target arrival date, we reserve the right to modify the shipping option you selected with your order and retain any difference in charges between shipping options.

Arrival Date

If you add the selected printing turnaround time to the selected shipping transit time, the result is the target arrival date. Weekends and holidays do not count toward printing and shipping times.
For example, a product with a printing turnaround of three business days and a shipping method of two-day service would have a target arrival date of five business days after your files go into production.
Estimated target arrival dates are guaranteed. Seminarsimplicity.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, equipment issues, illness, etc.

Mailing

Seminarsimplicity.com offers mailing services. In some cases, users upload their own mailing lists and in others the users rent lists from Seminarsimplicity.com. Before placing your order with Seminarsimplicity.com, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with U.S. Postal Service mailing restrictions and policies. You are also solely responsible for complying with any rules and regulations and/or federal, state and local laws that apply to direct mail marketing.

Lists you upload remain your exclusive property and Seminarsimplicity.com will only use them with your instructions. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of lists before submitting to Seminarsimplicity.com and for ensuring the lists contain no confidential information or notes you do not wish mail recipients to receive. Seminarsimplicity.com will not use your uploaded list for any purpose other than the mailing(s) for which you submitted the list(s) and we will not sell or offer the list(s) to any other party.

Seminarsimplicity.com utilizes third party vendors to obtain rented lists. If you use a rented list from Seminarsimplicity.com, you will not have any proprietary rights to the rented list or the data it contains. You are responsible for using it only according to the rental terms. Rented lists are only available for your marketing purposes. You are not authorized to sell rented lists, or to share or transfer them to someone else.
Seminarsimplicity.com is only responsible for preparing your mailing materials and delivering them to the U.S. Postal Service. In no event shall Seminarsimplicity.com be liable for U.S. Postal Service performance failures or delays. Under no circumstances is Seminarsimplicity.com liable for lost business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of fees paid for services related to the specific job. Seminarsimplicity.com is not liable for mailed pieces that are undeliverable, for any reason.

Retention of Materials by Seminarsimplicity.com

All materials we create in producing your printed product are the property of Seminarsimplicity.com. We will not sell or provide these materials for use by any other party, but we reserve the right to distribute free samples of the product we printed for you.

Additional Provisions

Seminarsimplicity.com is not responsible for errors or delays in responding to a request caused by an incorrect email address provided by you or other problems beyond our control. The failure by you or Seminarsimplicity.com to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms & Conditions, or any right contained therein, shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that any cause of action related to Seminarsimplicity.com or the Terms & Conditions must commence within one year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. If the Terms & Conditions are terminated, all provisions in the Terms & Conditions regarding indemnification, warranties, disclaimers and limitation of liability shall survive such termination.
